Candidates
selection for this APSWREIS TGT Teacher, warden will be through online exam, weightage in experience and TET score. AP Social welfare Residential Schools TGT Exam consists of two papers. English Proficiency Test details will not be considered for preparing Merit list.

1. DISTRICT COORDINATOR : (Maximum Marks.10)
Additional Qualifications – 8 Marks
(a) Ph.d-4 Marks
M.Phil-2 Marks-(If the candidate is having both Ph.D and M.Phil, he/she entitled for 4 Marks only)
(b) MBA/PG Diploma in Management-4 Marks
Experience as Head Master/ Principal in Govt/Govt Aided institutions – 2 MARKS
1 mark for 5 to 7 years of service and 1 mark for above 7 years of service.
2. PRINCIPAL GRADE-II (Maximum Marks.10) Additional Qualifications (Total – 7 MARKS)
Ph.D – 3 Marks
M.Phil-2 Marks
(If the candidate has both Ph.D and M.Phil he/she is entitled for 3 marks only)
Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) – 2 Marks
Paper Publication in reputed Journals – 2 Marks
(Society’s decision regarding the reputation of the Journal is final.)
Experience as Head Master/ Principal in Govt/Govt Aided institutions (TOTAL – 3 MARKS)
For every one year above 3 years, one mark per year is added subject to a maximum of 3 marks.
3. TRAINED GRADUATE TEACHER Experience as Contract Teacher – (Maximum Marks.10)
1. Weightage @ 1 mark for every one completed year will be given to the existing contract teacher who rendered their service in APSWREI Society. Subject to a maximum of 10 marks.
2. Less than 6 months of service in a year will be ignored.
4.CARETAKER (WARDEN) Additional Qualifications (Maximum Marks. 5 )
Candidates with 3 years degree in Hotel Management from Government recognized institutions will get 5 additional marks while preparing final merit list.
Experience as Contract Teacher – (Maximum Marks .10 )
1. Weightage @ 1 mark for every one completed year will be given to the existing contract teacher who rendered their service in APSWREI Society. Subject to a maximum of 10 marks.
2. Less than 6 months of service in a year will be ignored.
