Pay Scale for DRCC Recruitment of Manager and Assistant Manager Jobs:

For Manager-Rs.80000/-

For Asst Manager-60000/-

Contract Period:

Initially candidates will be taken for 11 months contract period. After 11 months year by year contract will be renewed with 10% increment every year.

Educational qualifications required for BVM DRCC Recruitment:

For Manager: MBA/ PGDM with at least 5 years of experience required on manager cadre/level.

For Assistant Manager: MBA/ PGDM course with minimum 3 years of experience at management/ Supervisory level.

Preference will be given to higher experienced candidates.

Age Limits: 

Age limits are applicable as per Bihar State Government Rules.
