Candidates interested provided they meet the essential qualification and physical standards can fill the online application form from 4^th August to 18^th September 2018 and attend the Army Recruitment Rally once application is accepted. Candidates intending to attend Army Recruitment Rally must be above 17 ½ years and not exceed the upper age of 23 years as reckoned on 01-08-2018.

Educational Qualifications for ARO Mumbai Army Recruitment Rally Panvel Soldiers Recruitment

Candidates interested to participate in the Army Recruitment Rally must possess the following qualifications:

Soldier General Duty: Passed 10^th class with at least 55 % marks as aggregate.

Soldier Technical: Passed 12^th class with Science Stream (Physics, Chemistry & Maths), having secured 50% marks as aggregate.

Soldier Store Keeper/Technical: Passed 12^th class in any stream (Science, Commerce, Arts) with 50% marks in each subject.

Soldier Tradesman: Passed 10^th class/ITI Diploma

Soldier Nursing Assistant Veterinary: Passed 12^th class with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry & Biology)

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be appointed on a proposed salary Rs.20,200/- 

Other allowances are applicable as per the rules.

Selection Process for ARO Mumbai Army Recruitment Rally Panvel Soldiers Jobs

Applicants who have successfully applied are required to appear on the Army Recruitment rally and anticipate the instructions/evaluations as follows:  

      1.       Physical Standards:

      2.       Physical Fitness Test: Candidates will be put through following activities:

       i) Running Test: 1.6 Km within 5 Mins 45 secs

      ii) Pull ups: Between 6 to 10

      iii) 9 Feet Ditch: Need to Qualify

      iv) Zig-Zag Balance: Need to Qualify

     3.       Medical Examination

Candidates qualifying both the Physical Standards and PFT will be subjected to Detailed Medical Examination.

     4.       Written Test (Common Entrance Exam )

Written Test will be conducted for candidates found to be medically fit as per the norms. It will consist of Objective Type questions based on syllabus as per the education standards prescribed for each post.
